Xiaomi is showing off a new humanoid robot called CyberOne.
This is Xiaomi's second robot after last year's launch of a robot dog called CyberDog.
This Xiaomi CyberOne humanoid or human-shaped robot has a height of 177 cm and a weight of 52 kg.
CyberOne has the nickname 'Metal Bro' and carries the zodiac Leo.
Launching Gizmochina , Sunday (14/8/2022), the face of this robot is made of curved OLED panels that can see the world in three-dimensional (3D) form. It also has two microphones for listening.
This Xiaomi CyberOne robot is equipped with a full-body control algorithm that can coordinate the movement of 21 joints.
This humanoid robot also recognizes 85 types of environmental sounds and 45 classifications of human emotions.
Xiaomi also claims that this robot can learn new skills every day.
This CyberOne robot combines advanced mechatronics and artificial intelligence (AI) made by Xiaomi Robot Lab.
The company also claims that this robot requires significant resources and manpower to develop.
CyberOne Xiaomi is similar to other humanoid robots, for example Boston Dynamics or Tesla's Tesla Bot prototype.
Because it is still the first generation, CyberOne is still considered to be in the development stage.
The price of this Xiaomi CyberOne robot is set at 600,000-700,000 Yuan or around Rp. 1.3-1.5 billion.
However, Xiaomi is still not selling it openly to consumers.
